Project Information:
A project derived from the relocation of the existing Oaks Medical Practice from a converted pair of semi dethatched circa 1930’s houses into a bespoke purpose designed facility.Built on the site of the demolished press works located on Shady Lane Great Barr, the proposed building gives “presence” to the principal street elevation in order to aesthetically enhance the original street scene.The materials have been carefully selected not only to provide pleasing aesthetics but to also comply with BREEAM A+ ratings in order to provide an environmentally friendly building with a reduced embodied carbon footprint.
