Purchased by a client of the practice, the building was in an extremely poor condition and our commission was to re-design, re-plan and refurbish where possible the existing layout whilst respecting the character of the building and surroundings. New lime render, traditional sash windows and replacement of historic detailing within re designed floor plan layouts meant that the completed project created 5 self contained, high quality holiday apartments.
