Belbroughton Bungalows

Following the suggestion that ridge height may be a serious consideration of the planners for a proposed a scheme within the greenbelt, the design idea of spacious room in roof bungalows was thrown onto the drawing board. With landscape and visual openness in mind the team felt this presented an opportunity for something different apposed to a planning hurdle and it is clear to say the product is certainly not your average bungalow.

Following the exemplary delivery of Hackmans Gate the construction development team for this unique development site in Belbroughton was inevitable, Horgan Homes are in the early construction stages of the scheme with groundworks well underway.
